With over 40 years of experience in the German industry, Dr. Juergen Hambrecht is Chairman and member in numerous Supervisory Boards, e. g. BASF and Daimler.
A former partner of Goldman Sachs and longtime CFO of Allianz, Paul Achleitner currently serves as the Supervisory Board Chairman of Deutsche Bank. He has broad experience as a Non-Executive in multiple industries such as automotive (Daimler, MAN), pharmaceuticals (Bayer), energy (RWE) and fast-moving consumer goods (Henkel). He is an active investor in technology-driven start-ups.
Dr. Lauk currently serves as independent director on the supervisory boards of Magna Inc (Toronto), Solera Inc. (Dallas) and Fortemedia (Cupertino). In July 2018 Nomura, Asia’s global investment bank, appointed him as Germany and Austria Advisory Board Chairman. He brings more than 40 years of consulting and advising experience to GuardKnox, including serving in executive positions at both Audi and Daimler.
Mr. Taub holds a BA in Languages from the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). He is an entrepreneur in the Life Science field and an investor in this and other fields of interest, including real estate, mining and cyber security.
Prof. Dr. h.c. Roland Berger is founder and Honorary Chairman of international business consulting firm Roland Berger GmbH. He has consulted clients from all industries and from all over the world and has been appointed to numerous state and federal government commissions. He sits on multiple supervisory and advisory boards and supports a small portfolio of companies as an investor.

Dr. Roiss joined the Sulzer Board of Directors in 2015. He has extensive experience at managing different departments including but not limited to: refining and marketing division, exploration and production division and chemicals and plastics division.
Peter is Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of OMV and Sulzer AG and Board member of Telefonica S.A and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Group AG, Switzerland. He is the former President and CEO of Siemens AG.
Michael Diekmann was the CEO of Allianz between 2003 and 2015 and had grown Allianz to become the world’s second-biggest investor. He is currently a Member of the Board for several corporate organization and non-profits.
